It was my first time to try Einstein Bros Bagel. The bagel itself was ok and the shmear was delicious! However, I was so frustrated by the service. The staff was unkind and disrespectful. She seemed to be angry and literally yelled at me (the place wasn’t crowded and noisy). So disappointed with the service and wouldn’t want to visit this specific place again. View all feedback.
Workers are honestly disrespectful and unprofessional. Bad experience every time. And Erica (who I’m assuming is the manager, because she was ordering people around) has such an attitude. The bagels slap but new staff needed.
I been on 1250 Miller The cashier was disrespectful, she shouted, in addition to charging me for more. She was hysterical. I Order 2 bagel she charged me 3 and when asking for my return she refused even though the order was still in process. It was his mistake. I suggest her immediate dismissal is a danger for customers. SHe seemed to be under the influence of some substance.

The service here is horrible, those women are rude and slow. is a shame that such a great law faculty only have this opción for food .
