Really a great restaurant and even better service. The food at Sakura exceeded my expectations. I came here to find a new Japanese (Sushi) restaurant in my area to have more options and in my first attempt I think I found it. Sakura has great sushi and roles. Average fair with some hit and misses. Unfortunately almost all sushi places make their rolls without adequate vinegar in the rice so it’s bland. Wait staff is very friendly but I did not enjoy most of the dishes especially the green scallions pancake which was mushy instead of a nice crispy tortilla dish. Dry udon was flavorful.
