The rolls at this restaurant are fantastic! What I particularly enjoyed about the takeout orders was the thoughtful way they separated the sauces and wasabi with plastic wrap to prevent them from touching the sushi. Additionally, toppings that could make the sushi soggy were kept separate, a genius idea that I had never seen before. The Lobster Roll and Volcano Roll were both delicious.
