"Very busy joint which is a great sign. They told us it would be an hour for a group of five but they got us in in 30 minutes. My steak was phenomenal and the chicken was to die for. Great service. Plenty of carbs via rolls and all-around great experience with the family."

"Very nice attentive staff. Helpful and nice. We ordered salads outdoors. Patio is next to parking lot but we went late afternoon on Sunday so it seemed fine. I had the Brie, walnut, pear salad and added shrimp. It was so good! Bread was on the table and it was also delicious. Cannot wait to bring more friends here to try some more off the extensive, interesting menu! We ordered off the dinner menu so portions would be larger."

"Wow, this place is overrated. I am overlooking the fact that I probably had the worst table in the restaurant, right next to the beer cooler where staff would go in and out and leave the door open. Starting with the cocktails, the Iowa Old Fashioned was pretty good but could have used some more bourbon. The Moscow Mule was on point. The meatballs were tasty and surprisingly spicy. Main course is where things were disappointing. The Steak Salad was greasy and steak was tough and was basically the ends of maybe a strip steak. The porterhouse was a huge disappointment. You get better quality at the local Hy-Vee (but I guess my expectations should have been lower as it was priced at $44). Mashed potatoes were good but portion was surprisingly small. I don't recommend."
