We're just here because my daughter's nickname is Gibby. If I hadn't had this connection, I would have run right by and never stopped. But it's what you want from a non-chain, summer ice cream and barbecue dining place. Everything is decent without being great, but you don't go there for food. This is an independent ice shop on the 4th street. The ice is quite good, but the parking lot is limited and the seats (picnic tables on the side of the building) are not in good shape. View all feedback.
