Very welcoming staff, from the boss to our arrival to the cooks without forgetting the very smiling and very professional waitress. What Jan Verbruggen doesn't like about Le Passage:
Nice place to eat, mine food was ok, just not very hot. My wife had the lasagna which was very, very dry. I think we just had bad luck, the lasagna on the other tables looked really good. We did mention the lasagna was very dry, but nothing was said or done with it. Could be a language barier. Would try again. House of high local cuisine and delicious, no chichis but excellent.
Always as good and copyy. You have to go there several times to taste everything. I'm not tired of it. Thank you for giving us so much pleasure.

Small very charming restaurant offering a very good Corsican cuisine.
We came twice during our stay. It's always a treat. Outstanding view, impeccable service, top cuisine.. And special mention has the Corsican soup, long awaited that will have warmed us well during the storm..
