Part cultural, part gastronomic; whichever way you consider this it has to be done. A kiosk at the lower corner of the jardines de la agriculture where you select and pay for your snails, drinks etc before sitting at one of the tables to ease the molluscs from their homes with a toothpick then consuming them.
