"In the end everything works based on expectations. After going to many Michelin star restaurants, it may not be so easy to be surprised, and although Noor 's proposal is not bad there is nothing that stands out. By parts: the setting is cold: room without natural light with little charm. The robotic and not very close service: very young people reciting in a serious and theatrical way dishes that they don 't know what they are (I asked a waitress for one of the ingredients and she admitted that she didn 't know what it was), and the food... Well, it 's fine, of course, but we found it predictable and lacking in originality both in presentation and power of flavors. The dishes that we liked the most were the Pistachio Karim with the apple covered in chocolate (although we thought it was a very small amount) and the first of the desserts (I don 't remember now which one it was, but based on citrus). "An unpretentious little taberna with someone who really knows what they're doing (probably la abuela) in the kitchen. I would especially recommend la carrillada en salsa (pork cheeks in sauce) and the abanico ibérico (pork cutlets). The bacalao frito (fried cod) and rabo de toro (oxtail) are also very good. Very unusually for a Cordoban taberna, the chips that accompany the meat dishes are excellent. Wi-fi is available."
