i liked this hotel but the pillows in the room were very hard and uncomfortable.The location was good but where my room was there was alot of noise outside it. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. They didnt restock the room the next morning with toilet roll , water or towels etc. The food was nice. but the dinner i had , i got beef had way to much fat but the breakfast was very nice and well presente... Location is in the city centre but not great because of no parking available at the hotel there are multi story parking 5 mins walk away,, clean and basic hotel nice staff there, no bathrooms available in the Lobby you have to get a lift or walk upstairs to avail of a toilet that was a bit annoying. The location is perfect, right in the center. The people are very friendly and the rooms are also good.
Lovely hotel. Great location. Really clean and quick check in/check out.
Good reception service, but there was a blood stain on the beed sheet in the single bed For people with, dust alergy or respiratory conditions, there is no rooms available without carpet. I was expecting more from such hight standard hotel.
Enjoyed every moment food great, room great, staff amazing and very friendly and helpful.
Great breakfast especially the final morning we had to leave early and on request a takeaway breakfast was provided which was excellent!
