Staff were not aware of online order. Ordered 8 pizzas online 22 hrs ahead of scheduled pick-up at 1.00 pm on August 12th. Received an order confirmation and payment was processed immediately but when I arrived to pick up the pizzas the staff were not aware of the order. Had to drive back to West Cork empty handed. Was told the manager would call me. It is now August 15th and silence!!!! read more.
