During isolation, we ordered takeout from this restaurant to enjoy at home. The food was delicious as always and arrived piping hot. It's the best Chinese food in Cork by far. The staff were pleasant to deal with. Excellent job. View all feedback.

I have to say that this was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I ordered chicken satay with noodles, but the food was extremely dry and I could hardly eat it. I took a few bites and ended up throwing it in the trash. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant if you can. View all feedback.
Appalled after my recent visit very poor customer service, poor quality food and after pointing out an allergy they went ahead and handed me food full of the allergen. The social distancing was very poor and I will never go here again.
Visited here last Thursday evening with friends, it was busy and lovely Christmas atmosphere going on at different tables! We had the early bird menu at €22 for 3 courses! The food was fabulous each course was mouth watering, the staff were so nice even though they never stopped running around so efficiently, they gave calendar’s to everyone and had a box of phone ring holders (teenagers love these to be taken as you left ,,, you were not rushed in any way to leave , had a lovely evening , thank you to all ,
Attended a family meal here recently. The staff absolutely bent over backwards for us, they just couldn’t have been more helpful! The food was lovely and also so reasonably priced!
Absolutely love the royal palace Chinese can’t beat it! No chicken satay can compare!! Very reasonable prices and good service.
Myself and my partner booked an evening meal on our weekend away and the customer experience was absolutely terrible.The blonde haired girl at the cashier was polite, but the other floor staff were so rude,unfriendly and abrupt.They should not be working in the hospitality business. They lack basic customer service skills, it was a disgrace. Will never return to this restaurant.
