"My wife and I have visited this pub at least once, sometimes twice a week to a rather unpleasant incident. we were on the dach terrace and had finished our not so great meals (that is ok, not great, but we liked. the place), as my wife noticed a large lipstick on my beer glass. I showed the server this disgusting thing when we paid the bill and she said they were supposed to say something before they ended it. in the ground I was worried that I tried to get a free beer out of them. a problem I don't have is a lack of money so that it's ridiculous. I have taken the glass down to show the bartender who has said quite the same thing. Now, with all these Kovid stuff that would go on them might think additional care would be with the sanitization of glassware, but not on this place. we would have been happy with an apology, but no chance. I called later to ask for the manager, but was told about the same little hole that was bartending that he would not be there until next week. I calculated that we spend about 80-$100 (we type good for good service) a week in this pub, so now they have two less customers and about $5000 less arrive per year that we like to spend on other places. we have also recommended the place others what we do no more. but we always tell them the lipstick/hotness story."
