Vance at the Jetton Village store in Cornelius was very helpful. I couldn't find what I needed (an obscure item). I was staring into a freezer and Vance asked if I was looking for something in particular. I described what I was looking for and he knew exactly where it was, half way on the other side of the store. He took me right to it.
