this place used to have the best bbq in nc. I went for my ordinary 3 traveling in the week and was told that they no longer serve bbq. absurd. does the owner not know his own skills? that was just a bbq. I would put it up against everyone in the state. Instead, they probably want to be a fried chicken joint. I'm so sad that the craft has abandoned. hopefully, this recipe will not waste.
