I was there at 4 o'clock today and a customer refused to put her mask on. she got a mask because she didn't wear one, then she refused to put it on a customer and three employees asked her to do it. Maybe I came to a day when the new guy was alone, but I ordered a chai tea and it was literally nothing but milk.
