What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I went to pick up a mobile order for my mother around 10:00 a.m. as the restaurant supposedly opens at that time. When I arrived at the drive-thru, there was no answer when I tried to call. Seeing people inside, I went up to the door and knocked. A woman came out and told me they had closed an hour ago. I asked how I could get a refund, and she told me to call corporate. This is the Wendy’s in cornelius north carolina at 5 o’clock in the afternoon. How can they run a business if they have the whole thing at five?
Online ordering at this Wendy's stinks!! No one to bring your food out and doors locked so you can't go in and pick up either! So you need to go through the backed up drive thru anyway. Then my order was screwed up, I'll stick to McDonald's
We placed a mobile order for pickup. Got to the location to be told they were closed until 6:30 PM EST, so we waited in the parking lot unit 6:30 PM EST. We pulled back up to the loud speaker at 6:30 PM EST to be told they will not be taking any orders until their manager gets there which will be around 7:00 PM EST. After that we asked about the mobile order and the guy replied through the loud speaker that we should cancel it and get a refund. I mean what is the sense of these employees even working there if they are not actually working. At this time I cancelled my order, contacted their corporate office and McDonalds got my money instead.

Their doors are locked even though they advertise dine-in. My grandmother can’t eat in the car. Also, their handicap parking is not near an entrance door. It’s right in front of a locked “exit only” door which would provide access to their restrooms if customers were allowed to use it. Deplorable. Won’t be coming here again.
