"Had a delicious Sunday pub roast here which hit the spot after a long day of walking. Great beer and cider selection and friendly service, all at a reasonable price. One of the best meals to be had in Falmouth and would recommend to anyone passing through."

"Separate vegan menu with a good selection of options, I struggled to choose! Ended up with the Korean style cauliflower and Tom Kha Noodle soup, which were both stunning. Great atmosphere in the place, was light and airy, with a lovely view over the harbour. Staff were lovely, too. Would recommend to anyone visiting Porthleven!"

"We can only speak of our experience of the pasties to be honest which are tremendous! The 'standard ' size pasties are more than adequate for, I would think, the vast majority of people. However, they do a large size which I did my best but failed to finish once. Lesson learnt I would only buy the large size to use as a surfboard or to convert to a coffee table. Good , friendly service and the impression of a well trusted quality butcher 's."

"Nigel Tabb’s Sunday roasts are always special but this menu was particularly good. We only have beef as a rare treat, so, when we do have it, it has to be good. Today’s short rib dish was superb. The accompanying dishes on the menu made for an excellent leisurely lunch. Highly recommended."

"A very pleasant experience and one must try when they visit! we were blown away from eating, service and atmosphere in the restaurant. it was some of the best Indian food I've ever eaten and there were also many absolutely delicious vegan options. jasmine and ben were beautiful, friendly and attentive. we would not have asked for a better experience and will come back at the next visit! we also loved that the menu on a weekly basis on budget seasonality that is a really nice note. would be highly recommended!"
