beautiful afternoon, but nothing milk free from cramp. edited: many thanks for their answer to my first review. I appreciate the time. I wish we had seen our options on the menu and received these information from staff at the time when we asked about df options. all sandwiches had cheese or mayo (can not always be sure that it df mayo). What 628zoeb doesn't like about Poppins Tea Room:
The restaurant is now called Courtyard Cafe. It was the worst cream tea I have ever had and it was expensive. The scones were clearly store bought and microwaved, not fresh, and served with cheap tasting raspberry jam with no other options. The place is quaint and the staff were friendly enough. The location is nice, but unfortunately the quality of the food was lacking. View all feedback.

read morefound this beautiful place in a small farm . the eating was good and the staff was very friendly.
we had a creamtee today and can honestly say that the scones were the lightest I ever had. the service excellent and really enjoyed the visit
