What gmack34 doesn't like about The Britannia Inn Waves:
It was not the best. The first thing is that my wife ordered a vegetarian sausage chips and beans. She asked for a childs portion as she was not that hungry. When the food was brought out it was not a vegetarian sasuage but a meat one. Ok no harm as we noticed and she is a vegetarian because of moral values not health reasons. We expected a pub dinner, but Waves was a surprise as it's an elegant well laid out restaurant. It has a quiet atmosphere isolated from the noisier pub area. The food was outstanding. We both had gammon steak, which was fresh, tender tasty and cooked...
Visited today with grand kids. 7 of us all together placed a huge food order and we were all eating within 20 minutes. Food was beautiful and service was fantastic. Would highly recommend
