"Wow, an excellent experience. We had the most amazing meal at Couch's last night. Very friendly, very interactive very timely, very happy service all night even after we had finished. Not usually a big lover of soup .. but wow the Amuse Bouche was brilliant, flavours hitting the taste buds with the soup, the butter and the sea salt brioche. My partner and I had Crab and Scallops for starters which were devine. A generous portion of Hake was fantastic with what can only be called a ring of flavour being an unbelievable Salsa Verde. The trio of desserts brought up the rear with no less pleasure. The chocolate bonbon being the star for me. A wonderful bottle of Pinot helped cement the pleasurable experience for us. Bravo Richard and his team at Couch's, well done for presenting us with the best meal we've ever had."

"This is a nice restaurant. The only faults I can find with it are the price and the booking system. Parking: Right at the mini roundabout, over priced privately run (used to be discounted in the evening) Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40"
