"UPDATE: Ecocio is now a fully vegan hostel. Could this be updated to be a vegan accommodation, please. NOTE: location day on happy cow is not exactly using Google Maps. Stay here for 4 days in March. Staff are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Your daily menu had many vegan options and every evening that made another meal they like vegan for me and my friend, the best food I had in the Philippines! Ideal for budget backpackers or if you are on the way to the Kabo beach there are very basic accents and the seats on the floor is so not expecting luxury but is worth a visit. You also have 2 pigs and other animals to play when you decide to stay in the hostel, they can help organize all the tours and explain that you are vegan for the tour companies that you are vegan"

"Really nice staff and cosy inside, one choice if food bowl for both veggies and vegans, I think it may be the sauce that is one or the other. The Kulay Gulay bowl was delicious and was a decent amount."

"Many vegan options for lunch and dinner not so much for breakfast. the personal was beautiful. the Asian style dishes were the best the tofu sweet and sour was some of the best I had and also at a great price. this is the place to go in koron for vegan options at the moment, as the vegan restaurants were hit by kovid and have sadly closed."

"We asked the staff 3 times for vegan options and made sure which dishes were suitable for vegans. It was terrible experience to find a piece of meat in my supposedly vegan Kimchi soup. When I showed it to the staff, they seemed afraid and didn't know what to do or how to explain it. We paid half the bill and went."
