In general, the empanadas are decent, but it’s worth noting that the customer service, particularly from the blonde-haired woman, is horrible . My husband ordered five empanadas, they got one of the flavors wrong. Despite bringing it to their attention, they refused to replace the incorrect one and treated him rudely. View all feedback.

The best empanadas in all of New York! My favorite is the ham and cheese one. You can't compare it to anyone, they are delicious!! My family has been shopping here since I was 6 years old, and now as an adult, I still feel the same way!!
THEY ARE NOT THE BEST I don't know why these empanadas are so popular in Queens NY, there are empanada places with better flavor and price. Besides, the staff is not friendly at all and they keep the change for the ticket and pretend to be hidden). Delicious and they are prepared at the moment. I think that's the secret why they are so rich.
