I am not sure why this restaurant has a 4.7 star rating. The sushi was not good - the fish tasted old and they served me unfiltered city water. The items I tried from their happy hour menu were disappointing. I will not be returning. View all feedback.

First time to try Joni?s Japanese restaurant in Corona and it was superb, we were seated in no time, the place was super busy but the food quality taste and portions are really good, definitely will go there again, our host was super nice
The food was delicious! We had the filet mignon and calamari, one of the rolls and the sashimi sampler plate everything was fantastic. I especially appreciated one of the gals that stopped at our table to help my son (age 7) learn to use his chop sticks. She gave him a little cheater to use and he was so happy. We will definitely be back.
The sushi was fantastic, and they offer numerous promotions for discounts!
We arrived late around 8:30 pm on a Friday and the restaurant was not very busy. Everything seemed to be moving slowly, from getting seated to placing our order and receiving our food. It seemed like the staff was tired. However, the food tasted great. We only ordered one sushi roll and some vegetable tempura.
