Came here for iced coffee the other day. I come to the crossings a lot but never really got drinks at this location. The staff were all nice and served my drink quickly. Just as good as other Starbucks and what you would expect from them. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
The staff working tonight at this restaurant are not well-trained in making drinks. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, but they only gave me regular coffee. It took 15 minutes to prepare because the worker kept spilling things everywhere. It's disappointing that the management doesn't properly train their staff before letting them work.
