The Brigantine is one of my favorite restaurants. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, and eat everywhere (also through the emergency exit! is comfortable and welcoming! Our waiter was very friendly, and the food was exquisite. I managed to get there in time for the Sunset Special, and so I enjoyed a 3 course meal for under $25!
