Today I had a tofu shell and it was super good! I love how vegan-friendly it is (especially for the opposite,) and all products were super fresh. it was really a tasty to have a vegan Mayo-based sauce in a non-vegan restaurant. the only thing I noticed is that the staff at the time did not seem to know what veganism was, but it was quite self-explaining, and the signs helped. I loved it, I especially love supporting local owned, non-franchise restaurants. The food was fresh and well put together. I found Poke123 from a vegan friendly app (Happy Cow)and the vegan options were questionable. So I plea to the staff, to please clarify the vegan options and label them. I will be back soon????
