It took me 3 tries to eat at Saiko. Booked at 530pm on a weekday with over an hour wait. Takeout sushi also had an hour wait on another try. I would highly recommend reservations if you have more than 2 people. Happy hour pricing is pretty good for Coronado. The service however was poor.
