The device was cleaned, but the drive thru... needs some work. If your behind someone who places a grocery order, and you just order a coke and frits, you are in the line until the other car introduces their order... they rarely say the person with the grocery order. Even as they sell to other owners, the burgers are not the same. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
I served raw chickens. I had eaten a good amount of my meal, but I still asked for my money back, nice. They saw the offers and knew they were wrong, so they gave me a refund without any problems. Whenever we were ready to go, I could hear that they sneak as it is a joke, and when we left the little boy with glasses on the front counter, said "has a good nighttet" in the sarcastic tone that felt as if they thought it... Late breakfast this morning but great as usual. Their pancakes are great.
Waited an hour for my meal. The guy kept coming to my truck trying to give me other people's orders. I kept reminding him that I was waiting for a #5. I I'll never return to this whataburger.
The food at Whataburger on Ocean Drive was very disappointing it was cold the fries tasted old the bread tasted old in the drink was flat never again lessons learned Definitely a thumbs down I don't know if there has something to do with the new owners or or what's going on
Wait almost an hour got home my food was extremely cold I also found a hair in my fries and my order was wrong after I repeated it 3x then I called and spoke to manager Robert and he told me to bring the food back but I wasn't going to drive back there for one meal my husband was eating his burger already and I always go to this whataburger my foods always fresh but for some reason today it's cold old incorrect and the manager was unprofessional!!! wasted money wen I could've gone to a diff whataburger. so disappointed.. I would like to speak to the general manager
I can't believe the craziness that a person has to go through to simply get an order that was wrong and delivered to my house and then when I do call and get hung up only an employee, reach out to customer service twice then finally call the store #12 then main management tells you sorrybut that was 2 days ago soo we can't help you.
