"Okay, this place is fantastic. We live in Plano, but we stopped after we visited the Russell Stover shop nearby, because we hadn't eaten all day and wanted to try somewhere we were never before. Wow, we were impressed! First, the staff was amazing. The hostess who sat us and our server were both fantastic. So friendly, helpful and attentive. And then the food! I have a brisket quesadilla and my husband has brisket tacos. We also shared fried pickles for a starter. I hate pickles and these things were pretty good. Very thin and a huge pile of them. And then our meals were so good! Perfect amount of food, perfectly cooked, and ughh all tasted delicious. The brisket was so spiced, the salsa was great. If we were back in the area, I would be absolutely back!!"

"The food was always right, hot and fresh when we were here. But the service is super slow. I would definitely not call this a fast food restaurant and would not suggest it if you made a quick stop for food. Usually the drive-thru is faster, but not lately. I know they're understaffed (I asked). The staff that is there always works super hard when I see them."

"They had an pay issue with a customer before myself and wife. And the cashier and manager made sure we were taken care of promptly and was aware of the extra 2 mins wait. Which was not unacceptable at all, in my opinion. I would highly recommend this Chick-fil"
