Random choice for eating in Corte, menu looked good though. Menu Corse offered good options, whilst rest of table also were happy. Food was very good, however service was (too) slow. Maybe we were in less visible position, but eg dessert or coffee took way too long. Otherwise 5 stars. View all feedback.

A restaurant not to be missed in Corte. Very warm welcome, including when booking. Fresh dishes from the very generous Corsican terroir. The low price is 18 € for a dish in general and 8 € for a dessert.. Good value for money. I had an eggplant gratin with an excellent Corsican cheese served out of the oven. In gourmet dessert with typical small verrines. A great meal from beginning to end. The mood of Corsican music. The other guests were also very satisfied with their meals and considered great generosity in the dishes served. Come and discover this good Corsican cuisine.
The truffle man's crunch is a massacre, and bigger... It's a shame the rest isn't the same.

Installés en terrasse en plein mois d'août, un samedi de surcroît, on commande une crêpe ... plus de crêpes (c'est pourtant écrit en gros sur l'ardoise à l'entrée : crêpes sucrées et salées...). On se rabat alors sur les glaces et une fois encore au moment de commander : "ah non, parfums châtaigne, clémentine, etc, nous n'avons plus" !.... Bref je finis par demander un schweppes : agrumes ou tonic me demande le serveur... L'agrume m'est servi à la place du tonic demandé !.... A la table à côté, j'observe la touriste qui a commandé un fruit pressé : orange... Quand je vois arriver son verre, la couleur et la texture du jus, j'attends sa réaction qui ne se fait pas attendre : "mais ils ont rajouté plein d'eau !"... Son mari, conciliant, ose simplement "c'est peut-être les glaçons qui ont fondu"...
Super moment!!! Nous avons trouvé par hasard ce restaurant ... accueil très chaleureux , des plats simple et très bien cuisinés.. je vous conseil le sauté de veau aux olives ... un régal !!!!
