I didn't feel sorry, but there's no excuse to be rude. the app sent our online order to the Niles location so that we have personally canceled and ordered new. they were rude and hastened while we read from the app, then went on to screw up our order and when I asked that my packaging be wrapped twice, they only threw a second pack in the pocket. the packs tasted like tellerseife. read more.

I ordered what I usually do, and got some weird hard substance instead of quacamole on my bowl. Absolutely disgusting. Never usually have issues with this store...

Very good food as always. Just wish they had knives in the dining room to grab. They removed them and just have Forks now. You have to go to the counter and ask...
