The best salmon sashimi in USA!!! I always order it with a rice, it?s so happy to eat in there. Also, they have really tasty Korean dishes as well. All the stews are good, soups are fantastic, just order any of them with rice, you are gonna so appreciate it. Seafood pancake is also something you must have. I?ve been in Corvallis 6 years, so many good memories in Aomatsu. Owner and staffs are always so friendly. read more.

One of my favorite restaurants in Corvallis! Amazing sushi rolls, and the seafood pancake is incredible. Great service and really kind people working there.
