"Iced chai is subpar; takes 1 minute to pour chai concentrate, milk, throw in some ice, put a lid on it, and charge $5. Poor selection of pastries at 1pm on a Saturday. Customers don't respect seating areas, lots of dirty plates and clutter on theoutside tables."

"Best donuts in town during Saturday Sunday brunch. Note there is only one flavor of donut available, but the flavor will change every few weeks. Apple and peach glazes are great. Their winter spice is horrible in the same manner that pumpkin spice latte is horrible. Chocolate flavored donuts are meh. If they have a lousy flavor during your visit, then just order a waffle it is yeastily amazing. Also agree with other commenters about never sit in the southwest corner table the ventilation draft is uncomfortable. On the very positive Caves has sound dampening panels so you can actual have/hear a conversation."

"Fantabulous farm-to-fork focus fare using local producers as much as possible, artful all-inclusive ambiance (including wheelchair accessible front and side entries) with standard height tables throughout with plenty of elbow room between them, warm welcome at the door and stellar service throughout the meal made our early dinner at Castor on a rainy Monday evening the food highlight of a multi-day visit to Corvallis. "My favorite restaurant ever! I don’t live in Corvallis anymore but every week I crave this place and the lunch buffet.... it’s so good. Never ever been anywhere even close to as good. First place I’m going when I’m back in town."
