What User likes about University Hero:
came here for the first time two days in a row. On the first day they forgot the cream cheese on our Veggie sandwich. On the second day they forgot the cream cheese and did not bring the additional toppings to our sandwich. Customer service on the second day was also quite sad. The person who took our order looked very upset to be there and generally did not react. It was just kind of uncomfortable. Really delicious... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about University Hero:
Order a 4 meats large sandwich and specifically said only pickles and ranch several times. I wait 25 mins for my order and when I got home it had 1/2 pound of veggies on it. I called and explained the issues I had with the making of my sub and she said I made it correctly. Whst you want me to do about it. Use to be the best subs in town!
