I love 11vistacafe and I would recommend their cookies and cream sago shake. Lami ra sha para sa imong mabayran nga 120 pesos lang. Simple lang siya nga place so set your expectations lng pd. I think the best time to be there is around 4-5pm nice kaayo ang view kung makaabot pka sa sunset pd 3pm is medyo init pa man gd. View all feedback.
