Cold Stone Creamery in Costa Mesa was a last-minute sweet treat choice at the end of an evening of shopping. I forgot how decadent and refreshing their ice cream is along with so many of my favorite toppings and a special waffle dish or cone. Ordered a Cookie Minster, and the lady who was making the ice cream was on her phone the whole time while trying to tell her my order.. she forgets to put the hot fudge (because she was distracted with her phone) she was nice but felt she didn't care even when I was trying to pay she was on her phone the whole time View all feedback.
