The restaurant was understated: a waiter and a bus boy. Only 3 tables still occupied the kitchen and waiters were slow. Owner stock napkins etc. and did not attempt to check on the diners. When we finally waited the checked we waited almost 25 minutes while the waiter and owner tried to get new system there to simply split a check into two.
