Ordered delivery through their website (Tip: don’t use door dash or grub hub if a place manages their own delivery.)Food was nice quality, arrived hot, and the delivery was good. They couldn’t find our place at first so they called and we were able to talk through it, so no problems. Will definitely be a repeat customer. View all feedback.
What justin N doesn't like about Big Chopsticks:
I'm not sure I've ever bothered to write a Yelp review, but this place straight up served unsafe food that got me feeling sicker than a kid pledging a frat. Don't eat here unless you're trying to get an excuse out of work the next day. View all feedback.
Two flimsy plastic forks, no lucky cookies, accept no cash, no napkins on a $40 order. Delivery Oger left food on the veranda and RAN away, geese, I wonder why? House chow my was ok, orange chicken was best moderate. Nice stomach pain after dinner. No more pride, your grandparents are ashamed. Great, not now.
I ordered via Uber Eats, not only the delivery delayed by an hour! The restaurant then claimed that she ran out of the food, although they are open until 2:00!!! Absolutely ridiculous!
These reviews do not give this place justice! I ordered the chicken and broccoli with spicy garlic sauce and it is incredibly delicious! The place inside is well lit and clean and the Lord worked great today! I give this place 10/10
I came here in a Sunday night, no one was on the counter. I called the Bell for the first time when nobody came, someone said that your food is in the table. I told him I gave a new order, he never came out. Once he asked if there was a new order, I said yes, and the man behind me said no and the guy in the back just went away and never took my order, so I just left. It's not worth ignoring $30.
Don?t waste your time or money. Worst Chinese food I?ve ever had plus terrible customer service. Decided to try Big Chopsticks for lunch after receiving a flyer in the mail. So disappointed. Orange chicken is soggy, rice is dry, and the Thai tea that was supposed to have Boba has jelly and a tiny straw that you can?t drink it through. They don?t allow any substitutions for the lunch special, so your only option is hot and sour soup which is only so-so. Definitely will not return. Their only saving grace was a decent egg roll.
