Of course one would expect amazing steaks at a place with butcher in its name. But the three kinds of potatoes that we had were perfection: potato puree, fries, roasted potato in duck fat. Bravo! Excellent steaks, sides, and other non-beef dishes. Everything was prepared perfectly, and authenticity French. We had the côte de boeuf for two, à point, with an au poivre sauce, and it was fantastic. The table next to us had the duck confit and were raving about it. A glass of Pineau de Charentes with the cheese plate almost brought tears to the eyes of my wife. View all feedback.
