The place was open at 7:00 for breakfast, with a courtesy waitress, hot coffee and the level of food I would expect from Coco. Well, but not like your little town café (ex: Old Town Cafe Seal Beach). I waited for a car to be waited by my laptop, which was not a problem. Waitress was happy to have coffee and work after my meal. I appreciate that. View all feedback.

I wanted to try something else, Mama loves IHOP. I brought her to Cocos and was disappointed. Although the server was nice, the place looked dingy. When the food came, I ordered steak and eggs, the steak was dry. I paid a little north of $40 for my and her senior breakfast. View all feedback.

read moreHaven't been to cocos in almost 20 years. Is as good as I remember it. My steak was great, all of our breakfast was delicious. Service was good and friendly.
