Inside the Mitsuwa Market area before you get to the food court. Can't miss the colorful display of desserts if you go straight through the front door. They have a good selection of Mochi Cream from Japan which has more variety than any other mochi ice cream spot and the flavors of both the mochi and the ice cream are excellent compliments to each other.
