This product is misleading.According to their website, it 's promoted as A LIGHT DESSERT CHOICE FOR YOUR HEALTHY LIVING STYLE...I know you want everything NOT TOO SWEET, but it 's actually high in sugary. I tried their coffee kokonut flavor and was shocked to find it contains 16g of sugar per serving, with 2.5 servings per jar, totaling 40 grams of sugar in just a 12 oz jar.
