came to dinner before a show in segerstrom. location on a low level in the middle of a small food dish is a little strange and is short on ambiente. however, eating was excellent and the menu imaginatiw. the ribs are particularly fantastic and generous. my wife had the scallops and found them delicious and perfectly prepared. our server/bartender was enthusiastic and gave good recommendations for drinks. Fantastic service, overpriced Hodgepodge menu. Nothing was well seasoned. Poké was decent after we asked for seasoning. Waiter brought wasabi, soy and extra poké dressing and we were good to go on that dish. Salmon was was over done and completely dried out. Skip the BLT.
