Simply one of the best for a handcrafted cocktail. The barkeeps have never disappointed, to the point that I often only ask for the choice of the bartender. You also have wine and beer. It has a true mood, with a small interior and limited outdoor seating. And you can order the food from the pizzeria next door when I checked the last time. This is really about enjoying a perfect poison. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pie Society:
Love the experience and the feeling of the place! Behind the pizzeria. It was so crowded, we hardly found a place. Once a server came around and took our drinks orders, it was about 20-25 minutes waiting for our drinks so that was a bummer My biggest concern was the smell. It smelled weak up so that my mood is ruined. Overall, it was fun to experience, but I'm not sure I'm returning. Maybe to the pizza place that loo... View all feedback.
I know I say this about a lot of places but THIS IS IT! A speakeasy with pizza?! Let me get a pizza that. It is so yummy. The pizza is delish and the drinks are great!!! I have been here on a few dates and it has such a fun and dark vibe. Very romantic! Don't love the high seats because I'm so short but the couches are fun. I wish there were games!!! Would be a fun addition. Service at the bar is good but if you're ordering pizza, it takes a minute. Worth it. I'll be back for sure !!!
Really cute bar, bartenders are mid career mixologists so they're pretty skilled and the design is great! Only issue is the close quarters cause noise to be pretty significant on a busy night, but that's any bar of this level really. I totally would recommend coming here!
This is the perfect dark, vibey speakeasy with good music, consistently decent food and chilled out service. Tonight Kade waited on us and he was great- mellow but on top of everything. We had chicken meatballs with roasted cauliflower and marinara, cheesy garlic bread chopped salad which are all pretty much classic Italian-American comfort food. Could've done without the brussel sprouts which were basically raw but it's all so chill here that we didn't even mind . Honestly, it's not fine dining or farm to table or anything fancy like that, but it's cool, solid and has plenty of healthy options of you're looking to eat. Recommend.
For a speakeasy , it was more of a speak loudly...it was a busy and loud night. We went on a Saturday night around 9pm and it was CROWDED. Also sticky. They do not limit the amount of people coming in like other speakeasy 's, so the crowd, noise and overall feel was very dive bar like. Luckily we found a table with enough stools for a group of 4 and went up to the bar to order since it didn 't seem like there was any table service... But it did take us a while to get situated in this space, as in find seating, figure out if theres a menu and where we can get one, if there is table service and so on. Drinks did not impress us either. No draft beers, only cans. But we do want to come back and try the pizza from the adjoining space since that did look good.....and they have beers on tap. If we could have ordered pizzas while at pie society,, we wouldn 't have known since no staff informed us. Tldr: not great for big parties, there is a parking lot, and it gets busy since there is no limit to capacity or reservation. I would not categorize this as a speakeasy, only maybe on a day where capacity is at 10 and not 40 in a small space like here. If you just want a nice space for pizza and beers, skip this place and just make the stop at pit fire next door.
What a happy hidden little speakeasy this is. They not only have some great cocktails on the menu, but they also serve up some fanatic food from the pizza shop! Being dairy free isn't an issue here as there's something for everyone. The bartenders are knowledgeable and the food comes out quickly. It can get a bit loud and there's not a lot of seating, but well worth it if you can make it in!
