Sit at the sushi bar. Hopefully you'll get Tomo as your sushi chef. Fish was super fresh and delicious. We got the 8 piece omakase and hand roll. We also ordered additional fish and asked for Tomo's recommendation. He had 2 live shrimp left, turned them into nigiri and fried the heads. An absolute delight.
