We stumbled upon Roca Verde by accident, and ended up staying here for our last 6 days in Costa Rica – we loved the hotel, and could have stayed for months; it’s set upon a beautiful sandy beach, with rocky outcrops, which is almost private – it’s at the extreme end of Dominical beach, but miles away. Do not stay here!! I had a terrible experience here, out of all the places to stay in Costa Rica, this one is the worst. The owner is very rude not welcoming when my friends and I came to check out the rooms to stay in. The dogs are aggressive attacked mine. My dog is not able to walk and has a huge wound.
