I was just at an event in Santa Rosa. They hired The BBQ Spot Caterer's. Their food is delicious! They served tri-tip which was tender, juicy and cooked perfectly! We also had BBQ chicken which was as good as the tri-tip. Along with mashed potatoes, salad and moist and tasty corn bread. Prior to dinner we had appetizers which were also yummy.
