"Anniversary dinner with my girlfriend. It was beautiful. I took a star off for ambience as it was a touch on the old fashioned traditional dining for me, ie a bit quiet and formal. But really high class in terms of venue, food and service. Prices are fully in line or even a shade over London which I felt was a little much but not enough to spoil the evening."

"There is not much I can say about this beautiful restaurant other than exceptional !!! The quality of food, the menu and drinks choice were so good. We ate here two nights in a row, the fish is something to behold absolutely outstanding. I also have no idea how they cook the french fries but they are crisp and delicious. This is by far our favourite restaurant even though we are 4 hours drive away. The staff our a credit truly professional, friendly and fun. Really looking forward to coming back for New Year, please have lots of prawns in the menu Thank you so much for outstanding food and service."

"The food was good. The Tofish was just tofu in Batter. When we saw other people records, we regretted not to order tajines that seemed amazing. It took a very long time to use and the restaurant was not packed. The owner was super friendly and nice."

"Superb meal from start to finish. We had some substantial dietary requirements and Kate and her husband dealt with them as if they were no fuss at all- that is what I call excellent customer service. The taster menu is brilliant value for money and my family were delighted with every course. These hard working pair of lovely individuals deserve to succeed and prosper and they are a prime example why we should keep supporting local businesses. "Having visited Bills in Cheltenham today for lunch. My husband ordered the Classic Ceaser salad and myself ordered the Shawarma chicken with flatbread and pickles. When it came the chicken was cut into strips exactly the same as the chicken on the ceaser salad. It was cold the chicken was dry and hard and had no spices and seasoning on as described. The flatbread had no garlic and rosemary on as described on the menu. I asked the waitress to come over and tried to explain to her.She said the chicken was the same on both meals. Then the manager came over and he explained the chicken is grilled to order. I explained that for some thing to come from under a grill you wouldn’t expect it to be cold dry and some pieces hard. As for the classic ceaser salad no anchovies or Parmesan . The manager took the shawarma off the bill and we paid and left. Only to be spoke about by the girl behind the bar to a waitress then to top that off to be followed outside the restaurant to be asked If we had paid our bill I was so angry I thought this was so rude I would never walk out of anywhere without paying. One thing for certain I won’t be spending my hard earned cash in Bills again"
