we visited here in 2020, shortly after the lock-off was cancelled and were back in the opposite, so we called. the pub was just as we remembered, venerable and welcoming. the selection of the beer caught on the was great and the staff really friendly. we. taste in the beautiful pub garden and enjoyed the sunshine. we haven't eaten in the pub, but eating around us, who looked beautiful. a real jewel of a place. We arrived as part of a groups of us, It was very cosy end warm throughout the pub as it was cold outside and warmed up very quick. Staff were friendly and smiley which made us as ease, From the drinks we had they were...lovely, and the ale tasted as it should.
