Great experience at the drive-through! Ordered a combo meal with a shake and they actually took the time to wipe the sticky stuff off the outside of the beverage container before handing it to me. I've always loved going to this Arby's, but I was really upset when the staff turned away an elderly lady who couldn't find her wallet. She placed her order, then realized she lost her wallet. Staff cancelled her order and watched her walk out the door. I asked the staff what that was about. They said she didn't have any money. I immediately ran out the door and had her come back in.
